Q: What if I can't make it to the live zoom at that time?

A: No worries! All of the classes are recorded, and you can watch them any time. In addition, you get access to our library of Nutrition and Cooking demo videos, so you'll never be short on ideas for what to try next.

Q: I'm honestly not much of a cook. Will I be overwhelmed by this course?

A: Nope! We focus on teaching the concepts of brain-healthy cooking. Many of the recipes are flexible, and if you don't have all the ingredients, you can make substitutions.

Q: I have a lot of food allergies and migraine triggers. Can the recipes accommodate my needs?

A: You're not alone! All of the recipes in the course are gluten-free and dairy-free. We offer substitutions for many of the ingredients in a recipe so that you can customize it to your particular needs. Plus, you can always ask Melinda questions when you're on the zoom if you're not sure how to make a substitution.

Q: I'm pretty healthy already ~ Is brain-healthy cooking really that different?

A: Most of our students think so. This type of cooking is more about anti-inflammatory food than your general "health food." But once you master a few key concepts, then you can easily blend this into your current style of eating.
